Becky received her BA in Christian Education with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education from Trinity Lutheran College. She is married to Aaron and they have three children. Directing and teaching in a faith based early childhood program was a dream of hers that God has fulfilled at Concordia Lutheran Preschool. She loves children and enjoys the challenge of meeting each child's individual needs. Becky began working at Concordia in 2007.
Rachel Tietjen, Assistant Teacher
Rachel is currently earning her degrees in Elementary Education and Elementary Special Education, through Western Governors University. She is a member of Concordia Lutheran Church and has taught children’s Sunday School there for the past fifteen years. Rachel has been a nanny for two little girls since 2011 and has been substituting at the preschool in recent years. She loves working with children and is looking forward to getting to know your child and your family. Rachel began working at Concordia in 2016.
Elizabeth received her Early Childhood Education degree from Concordia University, Irvine. She always thought her calling was to work with children at the grade school level, but after moving to the Palouse 8 years ago, she found her true passion in teaching after being hired as a preschool teacher. Elizabeth is married to her high school sweetheart, Levi, and they have three beautiful children. Elizabeth has been with Concordia Lutheran Preschool since 2014.

Amber King, Lead Teacher (2 1/2 Year old Class)
Amber received her degree in Elementary Education from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA. She is married to Martin King, a professor in the WSU music department. Martin and Amber, and daughter Lily moved to Pullman 2 years ago, excited for the adventure of living far from their home in Virginia. They love camping, hiking and exploring the Northwest. Amber loves working with young children, and has been with Concordia Lutheran Preschool since 2017.
