Coming Up...

I’ll be honest.  I’m not 100% sure what this week will look like!  Yes, I have lesson plans, but if the snow cooperates, I will scratch my plans and go with the opportunities God give us with the snow!  So, BRING SNOW CLOTHES FOR YOUR CHILDREN!!!  Either way, we will be making snow observations, working with more crystals, looking at attributes of a snowflake and checking out the growth of our paperwhites!  I think the kids will be excited at what they see.

Worship time will involve working with the stories we have heard and seen so far.  The preschoolers get to take the pieces of the stories and retell the story on their own.  Hands on work with the Bible story is always a wonderful and amazing process to watch!

As time permits, I will be doing a few assessments with the preschoolers and we will do some more focused handwriting work.

We are also gearing up for our Art Show and Silent Auction Fundraiser to be held on February 24, 6:00pm-7:30pm.  Invite your family and friends!  We need regular frames and paper frames that you no longer need.  We are also collecting items for our Silent Auction!  All monies raised from this event go directly to the preschool!  In the near future we will have sign-up sheets for specific volunteer help that we will need in order to make this event a HUGE success. 

REMINDER...  If Pullman School District is either closed for the day or has a late start, preschool will be cancelled.  I will post any cancellation on the blog by 7am.  If you would like a phone call to notify you about the cancellation, you must put in a request with Mrs. Krantz either in person or by email.
